Eligibility
We Accept Clients Who:
Are able to manage their own daily living activities
Have a verifiable income source (SSI, SSDI, employment, VA, family)
Can follow a structured set of community guidelines
Are exiting shelters, reentry programs, or transitional housing
Are veterans, seniors, or adults in recovery
Our program is for adults ready for independent living. We are not a licensed assisted living or skilled nursing facility — residents must be capable of managing their own daily activities.
Who we can serve.
We Are Not Equipped For:
Clients requiring 24/7 supervision or personal care
Clients with active, unmanaged violent behavior
Clients in active psychiatric crisis requiring clinical support
Clients without any verifiable income source
